Auburn Wellness and Recreation Center

The new Recreation and Wellness Center project located at Auburn University, will provide approximately 240,000 sqft of recreational spaces for Auburn students and faculty and staff to use in their pursuit of a healthier lifestyle. The proximity of the new facility creates a direct link to the new Student Village Housing and the existing Intramural Fields. This location also provides a convenient relationship to the Martin Aquatics Center and existing tennis courts.  The $50,000,000 facility was designed by 360 Architectureand is exptected to be completed in April of 2013.  Robins & Morton will perform the construction management for the duration of the project.

AVIM AH-64 Hangar

The FY-11 AVIM AH-64 Hanger is a modified standard design Aviation Maintenance Facility with supporting shop, parts storage, avionics, administrative, restrooms, break, training and conference facilities. This project includes the construction of a 132,000 square foot standalone maintenance facility to service rotary wing aircraft with 16 maintenance bays, a taxiway connector to the existing ramp, and an aircraft parking apron. The hangar will contain maintenance bays equipped with overhead bridge cranes, fire alarm/suppression systems; Ground Service Equipment (GSE) covered parking and integrated mechanical support systems. Project will include building information systems, connection to Energy Monitoring and Control Systems (ECMS), and installation of Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS).

BamaJam Farms Water Park

The BamaJam Farms Water Park is an addition to the BamaJam farms providing fun for the entire family.  Multiple water slides into the water, Granny's Clothes Line offers the individual the ability to ride a zip line above the pool and drop in.  Rope swings around the edge and a Pirate ship for the kids.  The Pavilion in close proximity offers food and drinks as well as a stage for performances.

Enterprise High School

Enterprise High School is a 450,000 square ft new construction project. The electrical work on the Enterprise High School involves complete lighting and auxiliary systems for academic building, auditorium, gymnasiums, choral and band, kitchen/dining shops, ROTC, field house and stadium. Auxiliary systems include complete intercom, fire alarm, data, A/V, CCTV, security, etc. Auditorium has a full working stage with performance lighting and associated controls, motorized rigging and complete A/V systems. Site lighting and lighting of seven sports fields are included.

Training Aid Support Center

 $3.5 Million project located at Fort Rucker, Alabama. The scope of work for this project consists of construction of a standard design Training Aids Center (TAC) to include administration, fabrication, maintenance, and storage space for Army and local training devices, installation of an Intrusion Detection System (IDS), connection to Energy Monitoring and Control System (EMCS), and building information systems. This project will be constructed to meet LEED Silver requirments and be registered as such.

Vehicle Maintenance Instructional Facility

CECE, Inc. did the electrical design for this project.  This project is to provide a Vehicle Maintenance Instruction Facility for the U.S. Army. This project type is to provide facilities for the purpose of large item operation, tracked and wheeled vehicle maintenance instruction and repair hands on training, complete with sensitive item storage, instruction classrooms, and administrative offices. This facility is a training facility housing 500 students and (80) 63A/USMC Instructors, (32) Master Gunner/Tank Commander instructors and (20) BOLC instructors.  CECE, Inc. developed the 30VDC, 3,000A system installed in the facility to allow the tanks to start.
