Key Personnel

  • Terry Wallace, President and CEO, a 44 year member of the Electrical Construction Industry, founded Consolidated Electrical Contractors and Engineers, Inc. (CECE, Inc.) in 1983. He directs and manages the firm's day-to-day operations and has built the firm into one of the Southeast’s leading electrical contractors, with a current management team consisting of 26 full-time highly trained and motivated operating and administrative personnel. Mr. Wallace holds a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering from Auburn University, holds Registered Professional Engineering Licenses in 18 States, and Electrical Contractors Licenses in 14 States.
  • Pat Merritt, Vice President of Operations, is responsible for strategic planning, business development, and construction operations, as well as other tasks essential to the growth of the company. As a 25+ year veteran in the construction industry, he began his career learning on-the-job and in the classroom. He holds both an A.A.S. and B.S. in Management, has taken courses on building construction and national electrical code, and holds a Master Electrician's License in the State of Alabama, as well as a Management Certificate from the National Center for Construction Education & Research. Mr. Merritt has spent the majority of his career managing major construction projects. In his 11 year tenure at CECE, Inc., he has emphasized a team approach, based on candor and robust dialog, resulting in a conscientious company which provides our customers with the most well organized and productive solutions. 
  • Sean Affan, Chief Financial Officer, has 16 years of accounting experience, 13 of which has been as a controller.  He received his BS in Business Administration in Accounting, cum laude, from Troy University in 1992.  He later received his MBA from Troy in 1995.  He has worked for CECE, Inc. since 1997 overseeing all accounting and financial functions of the corporation as well as administering the company 401(k) plan and maintaining the company’s insurance.
  • Jennifer McCullough, Controller, graduated magna cum laude and first in the School of Accountancy from Auburn University with her BS in Business Administration in Accounting.  She received her MBA from Troy University in 2002.  In 2000, she began working for CECE, Inc. in their accounting department where she has been responsible for job cost, Accounts Payable, fixed asset maintenance, Office confidential payroll, as well as maintaining all of our current licensing requirements.
  • James E. Kosko, Senior Project Manager, is a highly accomplished Project Manager with a verifiable track record of managing large-scale projects and consistently delivering them on time and within budget. A 30-year veteran in the construction industry, Mr. Kosko holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Penn State University and has an extensive background in all aspects of the building industry including estimating, scheduling and cost control. During his 14 year tenure at CECE, Inc. he has managed projects with man power in excess of 100 employees and contract values over $20 million.
  • Fred Chesnut, Project Manager, has worked in the electrical construction industry for 30 years. He is extremely talented with a keen aptitude at resolving multiple and complex issues. From the field where he began as an Electrical Helper then Electrician, he was quickly promoted to Superintendent, and through the ranks to Project Management. During his 20 year tenure at CECE, Inc. he has managed projects with manpower in excess of 90 employees and contract values over $8 million.
